Taming Your Misbehaving Sugar Craving!

“No More Willpower or White Knuckling Though The Next Sugar Craving!”

Yes I know it sounds too good to be true, but bear with me….

Nutritionists and Naturopaths can tell us exactly why we have sugar cravings, or crave certain foods. Psychologists also think they know the answers. And they’re probably all correct!

But right at the moment that the bar of chocolate (or packet of hot crunchy fries) is the total focus of your life, enticing you to abandon every commitment you’ve ever made to yourself, you don’t care what anyone else has to say, you just desperately want to eat it, feel it rolling around on your tongue, squishing through your teeth, savour the sweetness flooding your tastebuds, and just enjoy that moment of YUM!

Until afterwards, when you slam yourself for giving in to the sugar craving again…….

I’m a holistic counsellor, specialising in working with women who have painful, profoundly negative views of their bodies, whatever their size. Food and our relationship to it is just one of the issues we work though, because it’s such a tough thing to balance! Food sustains us, gives us life, and when that relationship is distorted by the many eat-this-not-that messages, we have such pain!

I know for myself, and my clients have told me over and over again, that the sugar craving moment is so powerful that you cannot simply think your way out of it – your body is not in any mood to listen to your brain’s logical conversation in that moment!

Women who’ve been on the diet roundabout for years (well that’s a lot of women you and I both know, right?) practically have a Master’s Degree in what’s “good” and what’s “bad” for you, but even all those years of knowledge can’t stop the overwhelming desire when a sugar craving hits, to eat that irresistible piece of yumminess!

It’s Not Your Fault

I have spent a lot of time studying the results of the Minnesota Starvation Study, which told us without a doubt that when we restrict our calories, every cell in our bodies focuses on survival – food becomes the most riveting, fascinating substance in creation! And even knowing that information, knowing that every single cell in your body just wants you to eat whether you know the food is “bad” for you, or not, is not enough to conquer the sugar craving!

But You Can Change It!

I know something that absolutely works to lessen or completely eliminate sugar cravings, and not just in the moment, but for months! And best of all, when you use this method you:

  • Won’t feel like every ounce of your energy needs to fuel your willpower to resist the craving
  • Won’t feel like you’re missing out!
  • will feel like you can take it or leave it – whatever your “it” happens to be – coke, fries, popcorn, chocolate (I’ve even had clients addicted to certain cereals, white bread, or icecream)!

My clients who’ve gone through this process with me are amazed that they don’t even think about that food afterwards, they simply don’t want it anymore.

Deprivation: gone along with the craving!

And the effect lasts for months, if not permanently. It’s not a psychological or mind-altering trick either – there’s no “imagine the chocolate is a plate of chopped worms” or anything like that.

What it is, is a way to help you actually become aware of, tune into, what your body does and doesn’t want. It will take less than an hour of your time until saying “no” to sugar cravings become truly effortless for months. For me, it’s years since I did this process and I still love chocolate, but I can have a bite or two and be really satisfied. I can even have just a few chips, and not want more. Most important though is that the word “choose” becomes very real for you – you can choose what you eat, without being driven by sugar cravings that are just so hard to resist and control!

In September this year I put on a free teleseminar for the members of my list, and when you sign up for my list below you can listen to it free, clear your own sugar cravings and get some peace around food issues.

Why is it free?

One, because I know just what it’s like to have those painful sugar cravings, to think you’re going loopy because it’s so hard to resist, and I’m so grateful I found this answer.

Two, because it gives me a huge warm fuzzy to pass this on to other people. I am a counsellor and it’s my mission in life to help women break free from the life-limiting thinking patterns other people have programmed into them around their bodies.

Three, it’s a way for me to test to see how many people might be interested in a program built around this.

And because it usually costs $125 for an hour of my time, you win too, because this is free, no strings attached, nothing but a chance to clear your sugar cravings.

All you have to do is fill in the form below, confirm your subscription, and you’ll get an email with the link. The only thing you’ve got to lose, are your sugar cravings :)

If that’s what you want, fill in the form below and click the submit button.

That’s all, see you on the call :)

Hallo Sandra, Thank you for the lovely offer of taming my sugar cravings: as I am new to technology: I am not sure if just registering my mobile no being 0421020671 and a ordinary email address on a basic computer is sufficient to obtain the video conferencing?? I seem to feel that more equipment is needed?? Time is very short so if you have time to respond I will be most grateful.
Thanking you for this wonderful and generous offer.

Hello Linda – you can get onto the call through the website – you’ll be able to listen in right here. If you want to ask a question you can type it into the question box, but if you want to ask a question live, you’ll need to dial into the phone number that you can see on the page. Most people listen in from their computer and that works really well :) Feel free to ask more questions if you need to. You can also get lots of questions about teleconferences answered at my site http://sandykumskov.com/teleconference/. I hope to hear you on the call, this is one of my favourite topics because the shifts you get are such fun :)
