I know from my own life and the stories other Body Bliss visitors share that body image is a huge, confusing, painful challenge.

It is for most women – because we want to be healthy, happy and ‘hot’.

But mostly we’re struggling with our weight or our imperfect body parts, judging ourselves harshly for not being perfect, and when we feel our worst we’re falling back on foods that give us a temporary boost and then a life-sapping energy crash.
