Dealing with Flood Overwhelm

Okay I’ve lost a few days, having been wrapped up in the Queensland floods and the emotions around it all, mine as much as anyone else’s.

My town, 90km from Brisbane, escaped relatively lightly, but downstream is a whole different story, and loads of friends were struggling with the uncertainty and overwhelm.

If you’re struggling, I’ve recorded a short process to help you deal with that immediate feeling, click to play it…

Even if you’re not affected directly by the Qld floods, the process is pretty generic really so can help with any kind of helplessness and overwhelm – emotional intelligence is your responsibility, this tool can help you get smarter….
